The 9th house is distant travel, higher education,
whether you will go vacations or to college or ministry school,

12th House
The 12th house is things hidden, secrets you keep, it
is a karmic house and shows service to others, institutions, prisons,
hospitals etc. With 12th house planets you have karma with institutions,
you are either working in them or you are living in them
