Neptune Through The Signs

Neptune is the planet of illusions, escapism's, intuition, psychic ability, religion, dreams, deception, confusion, sacrifice and imagination. It rules dance, music and poetry. Neptune is in its fall here, Capricorn is so well disciplined and Neptune has no discipline at all. Neptune does not want to follow through but Capricorn has to or it hurts them physically. During Neptune in Capricorn saw an increase to get drugs off the street, however, more people are addicted to prescription beds than ever were before, socially acceptable drugs.

Neptune in Aquarius
Neptune in Aquarius from 1998 until 2012. Illusions or delusions and idealism about the "common good". This is bringing on a huge interest in astrology. Aliens/UFOs have become fashionable and astrology and the occult will become more scientific. The use of astrology and psychic ability will become more of a science and used more for the government or the group. This generation will try to bring democracy to the world, bridging gaps, bringing more unity and global awareness with the use of the Internet.

Neptune in Pisces (Ruler)
Neptune in Pisces from 2012 until 2024 will be a very spiritual time. A real utopian era, a greater sense of charity, more care for the unfortunate and a lot of psychic stuff maybe even the perfection of telepathy . Neptune in Pisces could be somewhat gullible or passive and CO dependency could be a problem here, they are not leaders by any means. There will be all new sorts of drugs to create that wonderful euphoric state of mind. These people will be prone to being addicted to everything, not just drugs or alcohol.
